Red Acre Cabbage Seeds can be grown as some beautiful petite red to
violet stemmed microgreens with variegated shades of green leaves.
Micro Cabbage actually is a very popular seed to add to microgreen mixes.
Pairs well with other brassicas and radish! A fantastic garnish!
Red Acre cabbage is easy to grow and grows quickly. Grows well in soil or on hydroponic mediums.
If using soil, Tamp and moisten the soil before spreading your microgreens seeds across its surface.
You may want to cover seeds with a thin layer of soil. This will keep the seeds moist for longer.
Allowing the seeds to germinate on the surface is fine too! Keep dark with the blackout dome for the first 3 days then flip the lid on days 4 and 5 to stress and strengthen the crop.
A 2016 study implies that Red Cabbage may help reduce "bad" cholesterol.
