BLACK VALENTINE BUSH BEAN. This is a pre-1850 Heirloom bean. Grown for its meaty rich flavor. Makes great black bean burgers. Also soups/chili/dips. Use fresh or dried, also freezes well. The pod is green and the beans are black. Easy to grow from seed. Full sun and medium water, a little organic fertilizer if needed. These bush beans get about 16" tall and 12" wide and produce 7" pods. 40+ seeds per order.
